Circle Dancing

Circle Dancing is held on Monday evenings in Salutation Hall between 7.30pm and 9.30pm during school term time.
The cost is £2 per evening.
Circle Dancing is meditational, dancing in a circle around a central focal point of flowers and candles.
The dances are quite easy with fairly simple steps and danced to music from various countries.
A break for refreshments takes place between 8.30 and 9pm.
At present we are a group of approx 24 ladies with an average attendance between 12 and 18 dancers each evening.
We are always happy to welcome new members.
For anyone interested contact Mary Henry on 01325-469640.
We have completed another successful year and were able to make two charitable donations:-
(1) Butterwick Hospice £140
(2) Darlington Samaritans £100.
